Pre-launch status

Satyarth Capital is currently completing its mutual fund and specialised investment fund distribution setup. Distribution services will begin only after applicable AMFI registration, empanelment and operational requirements are completed.

Capacity and scope

Satyarth Capital intends to act as a distributor of financial products. It is not presently representing itself as a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager or Alternative Investment Fund. References to PMS or AIF describe a future roadmap, not a currently available service.

AMFI Registration Number, EUIN and other applicable registration details will be displayed here and across relevant pages before distribution services commence.

Commission disclosure

A mutual fund distributor may receive commissions from asset management companies for investments made through regular plans. The detailed commission disclosure and links to applicable scheme information will be published before transactions are enabled.
